Denver For the Day

Soo for my 16th birthday me and the delightful six went to Elitch Gardens. It was OK. No Six Flags Great Adventure of course. (: But it was nice, especially since during the summer they have "Special Guests". No, Im not tlking about Boo Boo the Clown.
Im talking about the Veronicas.. Which was a very interesting experience. They were very comfortable in the audience and I have reason to believe they were'nt lip syncing! haha.
However.. Lisa Veronica is a little bit to sloppy. She was wearing A not to flattering cut off top and a galmmed up silvery skirt :/
Thats not all though, she mustnt be that lady like because im sure everyone caught a glimpse of her in her black panties as she bent over on her heels for what seemed to be a 'one-on-one' with the crowd.

Lovely lady though, my heart goes out to her. She is a wonderful singer, as is her sister, Jess.
Jess Veronica wasnt as sloppy as her sister and was a bit more proffessional with less "intimate" remarks towards the screaming fans.

In Colorado..

So far Ive been in Colorado since the 27th. It is now the 7th.
I want to go home.
Now, If I'm not home by my 16th birthday. I will be extremely upset with my mother. She ALWAYS does this shit. I fcken hate that.
FCk. Lemme go home and call it a day.
But no, She didnt put any money aside for a plane ticket back so now im stuck here. Without a way back. This shit pisses me off. I'm calling everybody and anybody now to get the almost-300 bucks that I need to get a ticket back.
I need a ticket back pronto. This is not a Famioly vacation its a boot camp. Im here with my sister, 3 cousins, aunt and uncle and all ive done so far is get my period, kick some little kids ass and CLEAN. I hate this place. I need to go home.

Clean Up time!

OK, Sooo Ladies and Gentleman, Im cleaning up my blog.
Though it may not look sloppy from your end it certainly does from here. My Posts lists it filled with half ass drafts and angry vents and nothingness. Haha. So While Im going to be cleaning up (Which should take me atleast a few days) I'm probably going to change around alot of things, my layout for one as my color schemes and background. Yippee! Haha. I'd also like give other bloggers and enterprises an oppurtunity to join my links list. Which should be interesting! Mhm.
Btw, I'm vacationing in Colorado for about two weeks. How I've failed to mention this previously, I really don't know! Should be interesting, I really can't wait. Plane leaves June 27!

Who here remembers Degrassi ?
Teen Drama TV show based in Canada about average highschool students going through the many things adolescents go through. Well if you do then im sure you remember Jimmy, Who got shot by members of a rival high school being in the wrong place at the wrong time and thus was paralized from the waste down. Gheez, That sucks!
Well it must not suck that much because Jimmy, better known as Drake (His real name) has hit it big in the rap biz'!
He's gonna make it big and bigger. So far he's rapped along side Lil Wayne (Whose last album hit big by selling over a million in the first week, one of those million I own ! haha), Busta Rhymes, and Mary J. Blige. Not only is he coming out with what seems at this point to be best seller CD in October, Hes grabbed attention from the female fans as well.
Let's see how far he goes, his CDs not even out yet and being a one hit wonder was crossed off his list weeks ago.

Hit by a what ?

So today was interesting..
We were BBQ'en it up, cause it was hot and all that jazz. Lately my little sisters been begging me to go ride bikes with her, so after i saw no today she asked mother, mother of course said yes, so they rode around the block and melody asked to go just up and down the full block this time.
Now mother is super protective of little Mel, so she said "Not unless your sister goes with you". And of course thats me. So instead of asking me my mother says "Just go with her this once please" and i say "Fine" Because in truth, I honestly don't mind. So I get on the bike and i ride down the hill that is my block when i realize the bike isnt breaking.. and theres a car coming up the block. I started to panic and the bike sped up with the momentum of going down hill. The car slowed down instead of stopping and the next thing i know I'm 10 feet from the bike and 5 from the car, I had gotten hit by a car. I couldnt believe it. I honestly couldnt. So i just sat there while some spanish lady came out and started yelling at me then it was my fault and i had been going to fast. My head was throbbing and my legs were sore and my mouth was dry so i told her to shutit, cause i didnt care whose fault it was, i just wanted to go to sleep. Now i see my sister and shes freaking out.

"OMG! China are you OK"
"No, mel, go get mom."
"I cant! -I cant find my phone"
"She's right up the block mel, go!"
"OK" Mel runs off.

It seemed like forever before my mom came running down the block with tons of people from the BBQ behind her, and all these people were crowding me. Cars had stopped and this random black guy was calling the cops. i tried to get up before mom got around but he said "No, no mami, stay right there" he seemed nice, i think i liked him.
My mom seemed much more chill then i expected her. Shes usually always making such a huge deal out of the littlest things But i guess the fact that i wasnt bleeding severely or anything comforted her. This idiot cop kept asking me stupid questions, and i told him i didnt wanna talk to him. Thats when Mother yelled at me that i better say what happened. So i told him, but it was all fuzzy really i dont remember much afterward... It was all hazy, I just wanted to go to sleep. and to take a few pain killers. Then the EMT got out and started checking my head and asking me all these questions, but i liked him better then the cop, maybe because he wasnt quizzing me like a dickhead and didnt have this little permanent smirk on his face. I smiled at him and told him everything i knew, then he said he should take me to the hospital and i said no of course, because i wasnt getting on that ambulance! Crazy ? Not me.
My head was still throbbing and mom just told the EMT that shed rather take me herself since i was in no way getting in that stupid ambulance.
The emergency room took forever, i was there for four hours just so they could tell me i was OK. Check my pee, get me pregnancy test results and a CAT scan which was scarrier then youd think. My cat scan was OK, and my Dr. was pretty cool. I'm OK. i just need some pain killers for the head ache they said would be normal for atleast a week.

Ask me how it feels to get hit by a car, I really couldnt tell you.

Butter Chicken.

My friend came over a few weeks back and we were extremely hungry soo she asked if i had an boneless chicken. When i said yes she asked me for a whole bunch of other ingredients and I went and pulled them all out. About half hour later she had made me and my younger sister some of what she called "Butter Chicken".
I knew at the time that this was not the actual name of her recipe but it was really good and easy to make ! So tonight my mothers going out and i ask my sister what she wants and she brings up the butter chicken. I completely forgot what my friend had used! So i opened up my internet explorer and searched the recipe for "Butter Chicken".
And a whole bunch of spicy indian recipes came up.. Dead end for me.
I didnt want to ask my friend because i wanted to try it out first.
I'm adventurous. ahah.
I might just ask her the recipe when i next see her.. BUT if all goes well then i neednt ask her anything.

I will start off with:
Boneless Chicken
Adobo
Sofrito
Saz`on
Salt
a PINCH of oregano, unless your an oregano fan that is (:
[+ tons of BUTTER, of course ]

Because i know these are the things she used for sure.


First off of course is to let the chicken thaw.
When its done thawing you can chop off the fat if youd like or tenderize it to your liking.
I however just cut off the fat and cut all breasts in half. After this i took a fork and poked all the chickens in various random appropiately spaced spots. I do this because i want the flavor to seep in my boneless chicken breast as well as coat it.
Now season away ! (and to your liking of course).

(My first step was to cover each chicken piece in sofrito enough to stain the chicken a bit. afterwards I got the sazon and applied liberal amounts. I wanted my chicken to get the orange glow to it that would guarantee flavor and stick even after cooked and by being liberal I'm assured this. Adobo went next for me and i sprinkled just enough but not to much. Before i went further of course i made sure to massage up my chickens and spread the adobo around on both sides. I wasnt really sure about the oregano but i put about a teaspoon of oregano in my hand before i sprinkled just a touch on my chickens. It all worked out well for me though because Im not an oregano fan, however please apply to your liking. I sprinkled some salt next just reassure myself of flavor and voila! done with my seasoning. A few tips to seasoning is always get down your liquids first. Hence the Sofrito being the first addition. By adding any liquid towards the end of your method you might take away from other seasonings. From there you can pretty much work your way up to not coats or layers but mixtures.)

Off to the pan. I pretty much layed about two tablespoons of butter on the pan and heated it up so it melted. This gave my chicken a better finish then i feel oil would have. I cooked the chicken each about 8minutes on each side

 and finished off with some lovely..
something-or-other chicken. but it was really good (: im uplading some pictures soon.
You might want whole baby potatoes to go with your chicken because its not to filling like baked potato nor to much like mashed.
Enjoy and though its not an everyday meal, it certainly can be an everyday recipe.

And heres what i ended up with: i uh couldn't help my extremely hungry self and bit into a piece while lathering my potatoes in butter, hah. thats also butter on the side, so though it may not be a beautiful picture it certainly is an appetizing meal.

Valentines day

Yesterday was Valentines day.
Sooo, Alexis Angel took me out(:
isnt that nice ? NO. its not, because hes been acting weird lately. and i know exactly WHY. i know for fact that hes been hitting up this chick he wish he banged when he had the chance. Now, your probably thinking im just being extremely over bearing and jealous. WRONG, again my dear friends.
Alexis Angel doesnt hit anybody up. He doesnt even respond when people hit him up. Hitting Alexis up would look like this(if he reponds at all of course because he has been known to use the ESC button to his advantage):

Friend: Hey!

Alex: Nothing.

Now why TF is he hitting this chick up, when hes been barely talking to ME these passed few days, i dont know.
dont ask me, and im not gonna say "theres trouble in paradise" because that term is incorrect and will forever be an incorrect term. No relationship is PERFECT even the really fcken great ones are down to the core fcked up.
Now whatevers going on with Alexis he better get over it and stop hitting this chick up, or atleast explain to me WHY he feels the need to contact her at all when A) He doesnt contact ANYBODY and B) Hes trying to hide it.
Of course i give him credit for NOT lying, but hes being dishonest. I tell Alexis everything that goes in my life since me and him have been together. Obviously i know now that this was a mistake. I've learned that he should be treated just as he treats me. Dishonesty is not appreciated, and im sure he'll learn that soon.
On a lighter note, yesterday was nice.
He picked me up around 4ish because unfortunately my mother gave us a curfew today. NINE OH CLOCK. because dearest mother was going out tonight and she feels that the house needs to be babysat, by moi`.

But yeah we head straight to the mall and find that Coraline is giving at 540. yay!
until about 5oh clock we head over to borders because thats my home, and i love it there. Books are my home(:
The smell of books intoxicate me and being with Alex at the same time made me have very naughty fantasies, aha.
maybe i was kidding.. for your sake.
after we've had our fill at Borders we head back to get our tickets. This Alex pays for promising me that i will get to pay for the snacks.
Being with him is amazing even when im extremely upset with him i cant help but laugh at what he says or smile at his beautiful face. He is beautiful in every way. i hope he's not corrupted though, i pray so hard that he doesnt cheat on me. I know we're not a "match made in heaven" But hes all i got, he's my bestfriend. I miss jess alot. but missing her isnt gonna bring her back..
After we watched Coraline (review coming soon, of course). We left the mall and headed to McDonalds where we ordered two number4s and two apple pies. :DD he paid. :/
and then we went to my house to eat up, go us!
it was a nice night all together even though i confronted him about his dishonesty and he brushed it off.
its okay, sooner or later he'll say something. and if he doesnt then i've learned a lesson in all this right ? thus, i now know how he is and how i can afford to be without consequence,

7Months

Today Alexis Angel and I make seven months..

boy, isnt that exciting ? Hm.. seven months. Wow. hmph.

well am I going to reacess our relationship now? Idk. Dont ask me, I dont want too.. but chances are it will happen. I've noticed that my grades arent to par, of course im only a sophomore but everyone claims highschool goes fast. Well that means i need to jump on the ball, because im going to college if its the last damn thing i do, dammit!

So I have to do list where i intend on focusing on certain areas.

Right now im focusing on my BHM (Black History Month) projects.
So I'm gonna cool it, chill out and just.. ya know.

I've come to realize..

that i dont like people,
at all .
as you can imagine this is a very distrurbing conclusion one came come across but hey- i did it, right ?
With this realization I've learned that i dislike people in general and not just the many absurd titles, labels, cliques, genres, ETC. of the average persona because i've also come to realize that the human race cannot breed sucessfully without a harsh and even cruel class system- just the whole frikken crap load of people in this world are waiting for the oppurtuinty to push someone off their pedestal and sit their fat bottom up there.
So, go ahead and ask me. Whats My Problem?
People in general, are my problem.
Yeah, this sucks.
But apparently i've got to live with it.

Due to this knowledge im able to keep myself from throwing up throughout the course of my measely, pretty-much eventless, adolescent day.

*and hey do my a favor by not turning this into some bias post by assuming im exclusing myself from the "the crap load of people" i speak of, hell no. okay, no where in this post did i claim to be above and beyond the pettyness of the average human, notice how i said AVERAGE, and didnt just clump everybody together like we're all just one working organelle. Nope. Im pretty sure i make people wanna fucken throw up too.

Okay, so his names Ronnie, and we just so happen to meet by chance. My mother was a faithful viewer of last seasons Make Me A Supermodel and I came across what must be Gods closest-to-perfect Male. Now, i didnt see his physical potential right off the bat however while taking a good long look at his features i did realize they were almost flawless. There was nothing i found wrong with his physical appearance however i should have known it was all too good to be true.
Ronnie and i, nor any other female for that matter, will never in a million years have any type of romantic chemistry. He's homosexual..
This hit a little to close to home and i found this bit of information extremely upsetting. I took it personally. This beautiful man was given the one flaw no female could live with. However, i will never bring myself to call him a "wasted beauty".

The New year

So Christmas has come and gone. Does it really matter is you got an iPod or a new pair of jeans ? as long as it was a nice holiday right ? Hm.. I suppose thats how things should work, its a right shame thatsa fallacy. I got Lucky a batman comforter which i really wanted to get him while he got himself the XBox 360. I think all girls who love their boyfriends and intend on keeping them around should listen to me when i say: "Do not let your boyfriend buy any form of game system that they want if they spend any amount of time at home above average."

I say this not only for the good of mankind but for the well being of every romantic relationship, no matter the age of the relationship or the people comitted. it doesnt matter, because im starting to realize that males hardly ever fully mature. hmph.

anyhow, im going off on a tangent, here(:

Alexis Angel is now fully addicted to XBox Live.

Moving on:So he got me a pair of Coach sneakers that were way too expensive but really nice. he's so sweet (when he wants to be). Mhm. Soo, Christmas was nice though i didnt get Luckys till New years eve when he came over and we opened them together. My mother has the video hah, maybe i'll put it up.
